The H2B visa is a
temporary visa that allows employers in the
US to recruit foreign workers as long as the
terms of employment are temporary in
nature. This visa is granted for your "peakload"
season not to exceed 10 months. This visa
may be renewed yearly.
H2B Visas are
allowed for the following reasons;provide
temporary workers during your "peakload",
reoccur seasonally,one-time projects.
H2A VISA.
The H-2A temporary agricultural visa is
a nonimmigrant visa which allows foreign
nationals to enter into the U.S. to
perform agricultural labor or services
of a temporary or seasonal nature.
